Last weekend we had the fourth round of InterTrack Challenge, which took place in Kvetoslav (Slovakia). First of all, I want to say big thanks to organisers for nice event and beautiful track!
In 1/8E buggy qualifications I somehow wasnâ™t able to make a clean run and qualified 7th overall for 3 10-minutes long finals. I made a few changes on my XB8E for the finals and they worked out great. In A1 I soon caught up the leader - Stefan Lutka (Xray) and after nice fight also took the win. A2 was the same story, after few laps Stefan & me were away from the field and fought for the win, however Stefan had to retire with few laps to go and I took the win, which meant overall 1st place!
In 1/8IC qualifications I got much better result than in 1/8E class. Both XB8 and FX engine worked great and I finished overall on 3rd place! In the main final I was fighting for the win until the 8th minute, when I made a mistake and marshal unluckily stopped my engine. That meant I finished overall 6th!
